Returns

We want you to be over joyed with excitement and so happy with your purchase. If you’d like to return or exchange your product which you purchased on our website, please call Customer Care to obtain a return authorization, and receive further instructions.

Returned items need to be 75% intact and returned in their original packaging and form and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 45 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not usually refundable.

Remember, we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact Customer Care and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost. Our apologies, but all items purchased from one of our retailers must be returned to the retailer where you purchased it, subject to their return policy. Conversely, all items purchased online or by phone may be returned by contacting our Customer Care team.
